Clean Ocean Project Ghana wishes to inform its members, partners, and the general public that, following a resolution passed at its 2025 Annual General Meeting, the organization has commenced a strategic internal governance review.
As part of this process, COP Ghana is undertaking a comprehensive amendment of its constitution to align with its evolving operational needs and long-term vision. A key component of this review includes the restructuring of the organization’s patronage system to ensure that honorary roles are more closely aligned with our current strategy and accountability framework.
Consequently, selected honorary roles have been formally concluded in line with board resolutions and organizational guidelines.
COPGhana remains deeply grateful to all individuals who have supported its mission over the years and reiterates its commitment to transparency, growth, and youth-led environmental advocacy.
